SpaceX securing a call option to buy Anysphere, the company behind Cursor, for $60 billion is the kind of number that stops you mid-scroll. Anysphere was founded in 2022 by four MIT graduates. It is now generating roughly $4 billion in annualized revenue. More than half of Fortune 500 companies are actively using Cursor to write code. That is not a startup story anymore. That is a platform story. The structure of the deal is worth understanding before the headline number. SpaceX did not commit to a full acquisition. It secured a call option. If the deal closes, SpaceX pays $60 billion. If it walks away, it still owes $10 billion for collaborative efforts. That is optionality with a very expensive floor, which tells you how seriously SpaceX is treating this. The timing is not random either. SpaceX has been building toward an IPO, and a $4 billion annual revenue AI software business diversifies the story well beyond rocket launches and Starlink subscriptions. Investors buying into a SpaceX public offering would also be buying into one of the most widely adopted AI developer tools on the market. Anysphere's prior private valuations ranged between $29.3 billion and $50 billion. The $60 billion acquisition price clears even the top of that range, which signals SpaceX is paying for where this goes, not where it is. The broader read: AI infrastructure companies are no longer being priced like software businesses. They are being priced like platform utilities with winner-take-most trajectories. Zero to $4 billion in revenue in three and a half years tends to justify that framing. $SPCX

Well well well ….
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

Everyone wants SpaceX shares because they expect a first-day pop. Many investors already plan to sell on Day 1, treating it like free money. But if that's true, it means the IPO was priced too low and SpaceX left billions on the table. Why a direct listing makes more sense.

After weeks of running both, I realized they’re not competing products. They’re for different people. #OpenClaw is like a box of high-end PC parts. You get flexibility, control, and endless room to experiment. Perfect if you enjoy building, tweaking, and learning how everything works under the hood. #Hermes Agent is the finished PC. Install, run, and focus on getting things done. Less setup, less troubleshooting, more outcomes. Same destination. Different journey. One image says it better than a thousand words. Which side are you on? 👇 #AIAgents #OpenClaw #HermesAgent

Srsly, with Claude Fable 5 and ChatGPT 5.5 getting more capable by the week, it feels like it’s only a matter of time before another #crypto #DeFi project gets hacked. Right now, doing nothing might be the smartest move. Chasing a few extra percentage points from staking, farming, or obscure protocols isn’t worth it if the underlying smart contract risk isn’t fully understood. Sometimes the best yield strategy is simply surviving the next exploit.
