Founder tip - find a crew of other founders to iterate with you. I spent years iterating decks and bad ideas before @ourkettle . @delk met me for coffee probably 20x and heard numerous bad pitches. He even rented a breather and we white boarded all night. He was the first check into the company once we decided to take capital. Thanks man!
