I'm having Claude Fable 5 redo HermesWorld 🚨 Spent the last month designing, building & prototyping HermesWorld with Opus 4.8 — a live MMO where humans and AI agents play together. Fable 5 just found and fixed 6 bugs in one afternoon that took weeks to accumulate. The game is about to get insane.

Yes, @HermesWorldAI is built with Claude Fable 5 now, Opus 4.7-4.8 before that. But the game still has to physically compile on YOUR hardware. Unity builds were eating 32GB of RAM and failing that's why I upgraded to 64GB. The loop: Claude writes the C# and SQL, fires headless Unity builds, launches the game with an agent character, reads the live game state crash logs, uses vision to review its own screenshots, then fixes and rebuilds. Fully automated. I just approve the builds it hands me.

I've burned over 1 BILLION Fable 5 tokens on this game Fable 5 has been redesigning my MMO, HermesWorld, in a fully automated loop for the past week. It's integrating 12 new maps right now spawns in game, screenshots itself for QA, then builds. The wildest part: when a build crashed with 2.9M live objects, it root-caused the crash from the logs, wrote a Skyrim-style streaming system, and shipped the fix in the next build. Unprompted. I used Claude Fable 5 to improve my SKILLS / REASONING patterns, WORKFLOWS, decision FRAMEWORKS, even voice into portable skill files. So when Anthropic swapped Fable 5 → Opus 4.8 mid-session, my agent didn't miss a beat. It read its own operating manual and kept building my game exactly the same. The model is the engine. The skills are the driver. You don't lose your agent when the model changes.
