I finally understand Conspiracy Theories.
Conspiracy theories are like cheat codes for intellectually lazy people.
Acquiring actual expertise in an area is hard work and takes effort and dedication. Some even go to college and grad school and then work in the field for decades, for example.
It’s MUCH easier to write off facts and opinions of others as cynical BS than to put in the years of dedication needed to understand and evaluate them critically.
