We had our hook day today. We collected natural materials and made our own mini beast hotels. Then we went on a mini beast hunt to find the best places to put our bug hotels @OgmoreP
Our outdoor learning today, especially to celebrate outdoor classroom day. A coin hunt, we needed to identify what coin we had found and then do the exercise for that coin. We then recorded which coin it was by making a coin rubbing. @OgmoreP
Today is outdoor classroom day. There are massive benefits to taking the curriculum outdoors and outdoor learning. Here is a little look back at some of the activities we have done outside this year @OgmoreP
Capturing our talk this morning. We worked together to talk about what makes a good friend, and what good qualities Mole and Ratty show in Wind in the Willows. We then wrote good qualities inside Mole and not good qualities outside Mole. @OgmoreP
We have been working on ordinal numbers today, by having races, and working together to read the cards and sort ourselves into the correct order @OgmoreP
We have been taking part in a while class challenge. We worked in small groups to make a boat. The boat needed to float, be big enough to hold two characters, have a sail, and it must stay upright. #article29#article12@OgmoreP
Palm Tree group have started working on comparing amounts today. We had to count correctly and compare our groups of objects using the words, more, less, fewer, fewest, most. @OgmoreP
