In North Gaza, roads have been reduced to rubble, transportation systems have collapsed, and fuel is scarce. For the sick and injured, a simple journey to receive wound care, physical therapy, dialysis, cancer treatment, or a medical check-up can mean leaving home two hours early just to navigate destroyed streets and dangerous conditions.
That is why The Sameer Project operates 9 free bus routes across Northern Gaza.
Every day, our buses transport patients, people with disabilities, the elderly, students, and families who have no other way to move through a razed city. For many medical patients, these buses are not a convenience. They are the difference between receiving treatment and missing it entirely.
The cost to keep this initiative running is approximately $3,500 per day, BUT we are seeing donations decline, this may become one of the first programs we are forced to suspend. Donate now:

Mobility is healthcare. Mobility is dignity. Mobility is access to survival. Help us keep this initiative going by donating to our General Fund:
