Olivier Giroud is one of the worst pundits Iโ€™ve ever heard, and heโ€™s competing with the likes of Rooney and Micah Richards ffs

Am I mad for thinking 5/6 of our best 11 start for this France side? Feel like weโ€™re massively underestimating the quality we have.

Beyond sick of seeing people moaning about this World Cup 24/7. Nobody cares if you aren't hyped for it, or if you aren't feeling it. Nobody is forcing you to watch it. Surely we can't do this the whole tournament

The judicial review brought by Friends of Stratfield Brake is deeply disappointing, but not entirely surprising. Letโ€™s be absolutely clear: Oxford Unitedโ€™s new stadium application has been one of the most scrutinised, detailed and rigorously assessed planning applications I have ever seen. Time and time again, the Club was required to provide further evidence, undertake additional studies, answer questions, address concerns and jump through countless hoops. Every stage of the process was examined in extraordinary detail. After years of consultation, professional assessment and democratic scrutiny, Cherwell District Council made its decision and granted planning permission. That decision was not taken lightly. It followed extensive consideration by planning officers, experts and elected councillors who weighed all of the evidence before them. Now, a small group of individuals are seeking to overturn that democratic decision through the courts. While everyone has the right to pursue legal avenues available to them, it is important to recognise what is at stake. Continued delays create uncertainty for the Club, its supporters, local businesses and the wider community that stands to benefit from this once-in-a-generation investment. Oxford United has confirmed it will robustly defend the decision alongside Cherwell District Council, and both parties have requested that the High Court expedites the case so that unnecessary delays can be minimised. I remain firmly supportive of the new stadium project. It will secure Oxford Unitedโ€™s long-term future, bring significant economic benefits to the area, create jobs, improve sporting facilities and deliver substantial investment into our local communities. The planning process has been followed. The evidence has been examined. The decision has been made democratically. It is now time to allow that decision to move forward. #OUFC

Craven Cottage (28,000 seats), designed by Archibald Leitch, opened in 1896... ...isn't big enough to seat every gun violence corpse from America in 2025 (38,762).
This is how 89% Of the stadium looks in England Please shut up.

1. 99% of fans when they play us sing something about scousers and thats the majority of Englandโ€™s fans 2. I can count on one hand how many England games Iโ€™ve watched cos itโ€™s shite 3. Wouldnโ€™t mind if they won if a Liverpool player was in the squad but there isnโ€™t

how many police officers equipped with shields, protective gear and batons does it take to apprehend one unarmed bloke? and then they start kneeing and punching him in the back of the head and neck. what an absolute disgrace of a police force that lot is
Found multiple views of the same event. They were trying to kill him. Watch how many times they strike him in the head.

Parachute payment ex Premier League Southampton were shit scared of Brannagan. Yet people on here will try tell you he's shite ๐Ÿ˜‚
๐Ÿšจ The League Arbitration Panel's full written reasons on #SaintsFC spying on Oxford United in December: "A few days before Christmas, Oxford sacked their Manager, Gary Rowett, and replaced him with an Interim Manager, Craig Short. Mr Rowett had usually played with a back five. At a Southampton coaching and analyst meeting in preparation for the match, Mr Eckert asked if someone could go to observe the Oxford training session to see how they were lining up and whether a particular player (Cameron Brannagan) was fit to play. "In his statement for the Commission hearing, Mr Eckert said that he did not see any issue in doing this: he said he was surprised to learn, after the Middlesbrough Incident, that observing an opposition team shortly before a match was a breach of the Regulations. "Analyst 1 identified an intern with the Club (the Junior Analyst Intern) to go with the instructions to travel urgently to Oxford and report back on Oxfordโ€™s tactical set up and player selection. Analyst 1 accepted in his evidence to the Commission that, although he had not looked at the Regulations, as a result of the disciplinary proceedings brought against Leeds some years before, he was aware that such conduct was a breach of the rules. "In his evidence to the Commission, the Junior Analyst Intern said: โ€œI didnโ€™t really have an option and wasnโ€™t provided an opportunity to say noโ€ฆ. I was an intern and was doing what I was told.โ€. There was evidence from the Junior Analyst Intern and Analyst 1 that an analyst had lost his job earlier in the season, and there was a concern that they might lose theirs too. They felt pressurised to do the observations that Mr Eckert and the senior coaches wished them to do. "The Junior Analyst Intern duly attended Oxfordโ€™s training ground, where he was able to observe from public areas and footpaths. During the course of the training session, he sent updates, photographs and videos to Analyst 1 and Analyst 3 concerning matters such as tactical shape and player selection. "The Club instructed the Junior Analyst Intern to return to observe the Oxford training session the following day, which he did. From his observation, he knew Oxford were going to line up with a back four, not a back five. Analyst 1 said that he prepared a predicted Oxford line up on the basis of the observations made by the Junior Analyst Intern, which he sent to the Junior Analyst Intern and asked him if he was happy with that prediction on what he had seen, to which the Junior Analyst Intern responded: โ€œYh spot onโ€. Within five minutes of that message, Analyst 1 sent the same predicted team sheet to Mr Eckert, which included a section entitled โ€œkey messagesโ€, which appear to be gleaned from the Junior Analyst Internโ€™s observations that morning. After that second session, the Junior Analyst Intern had a telephone conversation with Mr Eckert and Analyst 3 when he answered questions about what he had observed, including line up. "Whilst Mr Eckert said that he did not personally view the footage from the training session and maintained that the information obtained had no impact on the match preparation, during the period of observation and following the provision of some information, Analyst 1 messaged the Junior Analyst Intern on WhatsApp: โ€œTry and make out as much as you can please. You legend. Manager loved it.โ€"
