Today at Big ground we have been running full clinical training scenarios on a patient (training dummy) in cardiac arrest, from arriving from the festival via ambulance to successful ROSC, with the multiple agency support. Training never stops.
If you're at @glastonbury this weekend, make sure to head over to Green Futures and visit our partners @dsairambulance and @swasFT to learn some livesaving skills!
I’ve just visited the Green Futures Field here @glastonbury where #teamswasft, @dsairambulance & @ResusCouncilUK are offering the chance to learn CPR for free! Pay them a visit & walk away with life-saving knowledge about how to respond in an emergency.
Are you or is someone you know heading to Glastonbury this weekend? Keep your eyes peeled for our partners @dsairambulance and @swasFT!
We’ve teamed up with them to help teach festivalgoers the basics of lifesaving CPR and how to use a defibrillator. Come say hello, and learn the skills to save a life.
Over the last 3 days the new starters have been pushed to deliver excellent clinical care in patients with traumatic injuries & those in cardiac arrest. Huge thanks to @ozabs, @lrjhilton_lee, @DevonAirAmb, @WiltsAirAmbu & @HARTSWASFT staff for sharing your knowledge & expertise
Good luck to #TeamSWASFT members Pete Appleby & Dr. Ian Mew, who've been shortlisted for Critical Care Practitioner and Doctor of the Year, respectively, in this year’s Air Ambulances UK Awards of Excellence. 🤞
Thank you for everything you do for us & @dsairambulance 💚
We continue to work with @swasFT and our air ambulance partners across the South West to be #SavingLivesTogether. This ensures everyone in the South West is prepared for for a cardiac arrest at home.
Join us at Dart’s Farm, Topsham, Exeter, this Saturday(10am-4pm) for @DevonAirAmb's 30th anniversary - and learn how to plan ahead this summer thanks to the #SavingLivesTogether campaign run by #SWASFT and all the region's air ambulance services.
It's free, no need to book!
