The Goal: Prepare 300,000 skilled workers by 2030.

The Impact: Bridging the gap in energy, tech, & manufacturing.

Last Friday, @bucksccc celebrated its first pre-apprenticeship graduation for its @amazonwebservices Information Infrastructure program.
The 4-week paid program prepares the workforce needed for the construction and operation of data centers and other info tech infrastructure.
Industry experts, including subject matter experts from BCCC, cover vital workplace skills and foundational knowledge in electrical, mechanical, fiber-optic, and data center operations.
The 19 graduates have earned industry-required certificates, including AWS I2PA and OSHA 10.
Congratulations to Antonio, William, Roger, Amir, Manny, Anthony, Peter, Steven, Matthew, Mosta, Kenneth, Diavionne, Kionna, Devon, Henry, Chi, Miguel, Illia, and Michael on their graduation - and being the first cohort from the program.

Congratulations to @CCAC student Aidan Hasson who was recognized by AAF Pittsburgh with a student gold Addy award for “Pittsburgh Steelheads.” Aidan was recognized at Pittsburgh’s American Advertising Awards show on April 16.
