If you're interested in collaborative publishing tech, we set up workflows that allow graphic designers and clients to work simultaneously on a common edition. Last year, with Arman Mohtadji, we developed a new tool fot that, the Bookolab.

#phd#cssprint@paged_js
Paged.js version 4.0 is there with a breaking change: if you’re using the polyfill and call from the CDN, you will have some trouble in previewing page on screen.
You can either stick to paged.js 0.3.5 and use this URL → unpkg.com/pagedjs@0.3.5/dist…
On Thursday (26 oct.), I will discuss @paged_js, printed books with CSS & HTML, and single source publishing workflows with @NellieMcKesson and @dauwhe at the @PageBreakConf (San Francisco). Thanks for the invitation!
We’re very lucky to share the stage with the amazing folks of @osp_kitchen (you should go listen to them now), and with @julienbidoret who’ll be there a couple of weeks after us!
🎙Tomorrow (21/09) at 6pm (UTC 2), the whole @paged_js team will discuss web-to-print, CSS standards and polyfill on the Varia radio broadcast ➡️ stream.vvvvvvaria.org Thanks to Manetta Berends & Simon Browne for making this possible!
Folks, did you try paged.js 0.4.beta?
Since there are some breaking changes, we’d love to hear from you before it gets to production!

Using @paged_js we now have nice PDFs for both the ECMAScript Language Spec (ecma-international.org/wp-co…) and I18N spec (ecma-international.org/wp-co…)

Just found out about @paged_js. It's such a cool idea! You can generate a W3C-compliant PDF from any HTML content.
This means you could actually design a book using HTML and CSS 🤯
