We chose Cardano for a simple reason: blockchain removes the question who controls the truth of asset identity. With BikeID, that truth is decentralized and still verifiable.
BikeID goes beyond cycling. It shows how real-world assets can carry verifiable identity improving ownership, tracking, and trust across the industry. For @Cardano, it means more than users it brings real assets and real activity onto the network. Not just transactions, but real-world usage tied to physical products. This is where blockchain moves from concept to application. This is where adoption becomes real.

Thanks @Cardano_Power @hoskytoken We’re not writing every event to mainnet. BikeID batches registrations and lifecycle updates, then anchors cryptographic proofs to Cardano. At 1M bikes with full lifecycle history (which we expect by end of ’26) that translates into thousands of secure anchors, not millions of L1 transactions. This make the solution scalable by design with and efficient, cost-effective architecture, obviously secured by #Cardano mainnet. Real-world enterprise adoption is the point.

🤯 BREAKING NEWS BFI (BikeFun International) has agreed to implement BIN (Bicycle Identification Number) directly in their factory production process. We’ve already presented the full RFID-based workflow for reading and tracking bikes during manufacturing. The next step is a pilot, starting with a small batch from one brand before expanding across the factory. The bikes, if stolen, and reported that way through their app using the IDs, are sent to local law enforcement. This is already done by the BikeID team. There are much larger consequences for it. Tracing the bike..location and ownership records. It deters it. Not stops it. Just like it doesn't stop anyone from stealing vehicles. People still do it, but there is a lot less due to the VIN # proving the ID of that car.
