Nine of us enjoyed a small 'pilgrimage' around part of the parish this afternoon. We began w/ a prayer & had a focus for our conversation around our Lenten practises, but there was no pressure to talk about that at all. The conversation was rich & fulfilling as we walked together

Monday 15th January is what's become known as Blue Monday. It's apparently the most depressing day of the year. We should rename it Brew Monday. If you are aware of someone feeling low, lonely or lost, why not invite them for a cup of tea. It might be the kindness they need.
