LVT would reset land price by a period (shown by the blue arrow). Land bought during that period should be exempt from LVT until its owner is reimbursed for the difference between purchase price and reset price.

Things should go back to charging Knights Fee, so the more real estate you have the more military obligations you have. The military is protecting property so the more property someone has the more obligations they have to pay for the system protecting it.

Mid-season greens '25, tilled at planting August, grazed early winter and last week, nt to buckwheat, sudan, sunflower, grasses and clovers. By late May here, they graze out the vetch and trample the rye.

What is slandered as "overcapacity" where the production is so high exchange value goes away & you are only left with use value is actually what you want. Maintaining scarcity so things have pricing power/exchange value is a bad strategy.
