Also, Kukrow's collar design seems to be truly unique.
I checked a looooot of hats, and metal rings like these can't be found anywhere else it seems!
So I'm like 99% sure the hat design wasn't just picked from some design pool, but was made veeeery deliberately.

Kukrow’s and Euini’s uniforms have metal rings instead of tassels, which kinda reminded me of the rings on dog collars.
