Spot on. Here are CD3, CD30, and ALK. ALK was also negative by flow. Our diagnosis is anaplastic large cell lymphoma, ALK-negative. FISH was negative for TP63 and DUSP22 rearrangements. NGS showed STAT3 Y640F and DNMT3A and DDX3X splice site mutations. Thanks for participating!
