The etymology of the Swahili word for Portugal, Ureno comes from the time of the Portuguese rule on the east African coast when the masters and the traders referred to their homeland as "O Reino" to mean "the kingdom"

Muslim student asks: “Can I practice gay anal sex to widen my ass for a bomb?” Muslim teacher answers: “Normally forbidden, but for jihad? Totally allowed!” Is it just me, or they are all repressed and gay?

The fastest personality test is giving someone a tiny amount of authority over someone who cannot easily punish them back.

Makosa yako ni kuoa juu ya love. Don't be stupid. Marry for the creation and provision of children only. Simple.

When Africa becomes prosperous, racism against Black people everywhere will drop dramatically. That's not wishful thinking, you can actually watch this pattern play out in history. The Japanese were heavily discriminated against in America until Japan became an economic power.  Then suddenly Japanese culture was cool, Japanese products were premium, and the hostility faded. The same happened with South Korea. Prosperity rewrites how the world sees your people.  Nothing else even comes close.

Mimi huwa nasema registering your property under your mother's name is peak fatherless behaviour.
The only problem of registering property in your mother’s name is that, upon her death, the property forms part of her estate, meaning your siblings may legally claim a share of it. Register a Trust and let the Trust own your property.

You can go to the gym, eat healthy, drink your water, and take your vitamins but if you don't deal with the bullsh*t going on in your heart or your head, you're still going to be unhealthy. 💯

Narcissists don’t apologize... they rewrite reality until your reaction looks worse than their behavior, and they walk away clean while you’re left defending yourself.

I don't know how Nandi residents survive, the condition of their hospitals are wanting. Their county bosses abandoned county cars, and hired private cars for 'office' work. In hospitals, no basic supplies. Hiyo ndio county mama ya mtu ni consultant na hakuenda class.

Using others to avoid a fear of loneliness seems cruel. A man who wants a family should build one from a position of strength not fear.

When parents gossip about one child to another child. They are dividing the family. This is a form of emotional abuse.
