He actually was booked on UFC 200, and f*cked that up by his own accord. And he wasn’t on 300 or the Sphere because he has had quite serious drug & alcohol issues, not to mention very credible sexual assault charges. He remains a draw, but can’t be trusted with marquee shows.
Conor McGregor said the UFC don't put him on cards like the White House event or UFC 300 because they know he sells regardless.

Zendaya and Sweeney are too big for cable television; even if it is premium. Not to mention two regular cast members dying over the last few years. #Euphoria was never built for the long haul, just enjoy the 30 hours we got.
HBO has confirmed that there will be no more seasons of ‘Euphoria’ — officially ending the show with Season 3.
