73,000 Americans landed on D‑Day; today fewer than 25 infantrymen, now 98–100 years old, are likely still alive. Of the 16.4M who served in WWII, about 31,000 remain, with nearly 40 passing each day. We honor them, remember them, and carry their legacy forward.
