This photo (from smallerliving.org) made me think of one of my favourite books when I was a child, Astrid Lindgren’s The Children of Noisy Village. As with most classic Nordic children’s literature, it’s more widely read in Poland than in Britain, at least it used to be.

Evri are total rubbish. They’ve had my parcel for 3 weeks! Twice they said it’s been delayed saying they’d deliver the next day. That was 9 days ago! Latest is telling me it’s gone back to sender! Whaaaat???!! No explanation or apology #Evri
