On August 20, 2025, a motion was filed with the Court requesting approval of an initial partial distribution. It is unknown at this time if or when the Court will approve the motion, which is available for review and download on the Documents page on the official settlement site at PaymentCardSettlement.com.

During a recent #paymentcardsettlement webinar, Loree Kovach, Senior Vice President of Epiq, walked attendees through the claim registration process. “I’m going to show you how easy it is to file a claim without a claimant ID and control number. You will see that there’s an option here to provide your taxpayer ID.
