Watauga Lake in East Tennessee is pristine, with national forests on almost all sides, the trees go right to the water; its one of the many treasures found here. 💜 #ilovenature

My house is being patrolled & guarded by TWO sets of nesting mockingbirds. There is nothing like it. These birds go after anything that moves, dive bombing cats, other birds, cars, its crazy! But they are fun to watch 😁

This is Gracie. Gracie loves to bring me dishtowels, from wherever she finds them. She excitedly & loudly proclaims each find & I must go thank her each time. We both know our roles in this relationship. 💜
