Hooray for @HeathrowAirport finally getting the new scanners. Makes my life so much easier. Had to chuckle though, guy in front had his bag rejected to check “electronics” yet mine flew through with laptop, iPad, SK2, Nomad, Aircheck G3, POE battery plus a multitude of cables 🤷

So Premier inn are finally upgrading their wireless network, looks like the classic rip/replace and use existing cable though.

Did a warehouse design (directional antenna down long high aisles) for a customer. Today we had a call and they said they had another wifi company review my design who stated there would be terrible CCI as it’s a bad design and the solution was to mount omnis @15m instead 🤔

Needless to say, after explaining that having Omnis is potentially a very bad thing, (they proposed internal antenna APs) and explaining that in 5GHz we have upto 19 channels we ended the call with them apologising and having confidence in my design 👍
