If the casualty is not breathing, call 999. Then perform 30 compressions followed by 2 rescue breaths and repeat๐ฒ๐๐ฎโ๐จ๐ฎโ๐จ
If the casualty is unconscious but still breathing, you call 999 then you can put them into the recovery position๐ด๐ฒ๐

We had a break in the Sportshall athletics so took the opportunity to do some leadership training with the @dcc_pe pupils. They were brilliant and enthusiastic- natural leaders! ๐๐๐
