Yesterday I met with @will_perryy, who represented @ParalympicsGB in the 2020 Paralympics and is now campaigning for a kinder and more understanding society for people with dwarfism. It was heart-rending to hear about the bullying and abuse that he has experienced.

Very happy to report that we have 100% Covid negative tests for @royalchoral members who performed in #Messiah at @RoyalAlbertHall on 30 May. We know that other choirs will follow the guidelines as we did and revel in the sheer joy of rehearsals & performance - safely. 🎶👍❤️

Well this is a first for me, an all-night practice session at RAH to set up the organ for Handel's Messiah on Sunday with Royal Choral Society and Richard Cooke. Started at midnight and emerged at 5am. Don't feel a bit tired, just excited - It's going to be a fantastic concert!
