Starting April 12th on Tuesdays from 830am-12pm, the Three Oaks family of schools Student Well-being Team is hosting a drop in time for TOSH students at Three Oaks Senior High School, Student Services office. Sign up at Student Services. x.com/peiswt/status/15120709…
The Student Well-being Team got together on April 1st for our Spring Forward Professional Development Session. It was a great day to learn some new information and get together in person, and we even had an April Fool's joke played on us!
Three Oaks SWT & CMH are offering a 6 week anxiety skills group that begins March 22, 330pm in Summerside for parents and children in grades 4-6.There are a few spaces available.If you feel you and your child would like to participate contact Kelly by email kdstavert@ihis.org.

Pink Shirt Day, we stand against bullying in our schools and society. Colonel Gray SWT is proudly wearing pink shirts to promote anti bullying and healthy self esteem in student's.
This SWT information board @ Montague Intermediate School has SWT and resources such as: breathing/grounding techniques, mind shift app,kids help phone cards,stress relief strategies,PEI helpline,information on the gender unicorn,PEI Queer youth collective group,roots & shoots.

The Morell/Souris team ran a summer well-being group this year. Students discussed mindfulness, self confidence, and the impact of art and physical activity on their well-being!
Westisle Family of Schools collaborated with local service providers to offer weekly outreach opportunities to adolescents. One week they visited Grand River Ranch, students had the chance to learn about inclusion and how horses and nature can positively impact our mental health.
