I've been using real people for the poses to study anatomy
but whenever I need to translate the pose to characters with a different build(like smaller)- the poses becomes stiff π
and I don't like 3D pose tools since I am also studying IRL lighting/shadow rendering

My next practice illustration will likely be a group-I figured w/ the rate I'm drawing, it will take me 15.6 years to swap all talents and default outfits if I did 1 char illustration per dayπ

Her knees looked a bit off w/ just cell shading, so I tried and used a bit of blending brush!π
Anya doesn't have Roboco-san's limbs so it's just a sweater this time!π
I can't render the metallic hairpins! π How??

Double Anya!
It's Haato-chan and Haachama outfits this time!
For now I gave up using blend brushes for renderingπ and only used simple cell shading π-
I'll try mastering anatomy and linework firstπ

I'm still trying to refine my process. This time I used a textured brush for her hair. (I also used Anya's MMD model as reference to capture her proportions-i didn't know was available π
