Great article on how reporting & complaints processes and procedures should be structured in #HE to be equal for both the responding & reporting parties. Outcome communication is key & so is protecting and keeping both parties, especially those reporting, updated across the way!

Thrilled for my contribution to this annual survey report on undergraduate students' academic experiences. I led on thematically analysing students' open-ended responses in Chapter 6, to find out their top asks from providers to improve their experiences. Enjoy & share widely!
