Fastly outage that happened 2 days ago was caught by PerfOps CDN analytics, thanks to our massive global real user (RUM) testing coverage. (img below)
We use this very same analytics for our Smart Traffic Routing => MultiCDN switching based on 100s of millions of tests per day.

We are happy to announce that our domains are back up running again! After quite some time our domain name provider @Namecheap resolved the problem and our services are available again. We continue to investigate the background of this. Once again, an apologies to all our users.

We apologize for inconvenience caused by our domains not working since yesterday evening. Our domain name provider @Namecheap has redirected all of our domain names to different nameservers and has not redirected them back yet. We are communicating with them on solving the issue.

Then use our Network Tools (Ping, Traceroute, DNS Resolve,...) to discover where this high latency is coming from and how to solve it.
