Weird facts from my 197 days of running an ultramarathon in a row with zero days off:
Shoe size increased by full size
Healing faster than before- haven’t been sick entire time despite my kids getting colds 3x
Never had a stress fracture
I’ve run 220 miles a week for 6.5 months

This is huge: Workers WebSockets Durable Objects as a real-time co-ordination API for delivering updates to viewers.
We see more & more developers building real-time "multiplayer" apps on Durable Objects ⚾️
