Announcement: SageMotion now runs @OpenSimSU directly in real-time. The OpenSim model runs on a portable SageMotion hub or a computer/laptop with OpenSim installed; the OpenSim model can also be run during post-processing for offline analysis. #biomechanics #realtime #IMU

New paper from CMU's @natrokh, Owen Pearl, Eni Halilaj and the Max Planck Institute's Katherine Kuchenbecker using the @sagemotionllc system for haptic gait training inside/outside the lab; demonstrates correlation between tracking errors and adoptability. Congrats on this study!

Claims about how #AI will increase efficiency are prominent but flawed, because they are based on studies of accuracy. Accuracy ≠ efficiency... We must remain conscious that an accurate model does not guarantee efficiency gains & workload reduction. nature.com/articles/s41746-0…
