The more I give time and attention to @X the more I feel like it is becoming a cesspool of spam and negativity. Is there a good alternative platform people are using?
A recent look at my feed and follow/not follow/ad: Follow, not follow, ad, not follow, not follow, ad, not follow, not follow. two of the follows were from one account
How is it that a good portion of my feed in "X" are people I don't follow, also noticing a higher volume of comments on posts that are unrelated to the post, ads/scams/etc? Seeing a real drop in the value of information here. How are others managing this?

I have a few notecards with reminders for me to see throughout the day and especially as the day gets started. They are both anchors and guideposts to help me remember who I am and how to navigate each moment.
Recently I was reminded of The Four Agreements which simply state:
-Be impeccable to with your word
-Don’t take anything personally
-Don’t make assumptions
-Always do your best
It’s easy to lose sight of this and let resentment, disappointment, or shame/guilt manifest. I’m not perfect but these simple reminders help me stay present.
