Awful and dehumanising.
This practice is referred to as "dark patterns" on the Internet. Direct people onto a website and guide them towards certain selections/decisions - often harmful ones.

This article articulates the cost to support 19,000 South Australians and their families, but it doesn't consider the cost of NOT supporting them - a cost we're likely paying now. The framing of the NDIS as funding hoarders is also yuck. indaily.co/433432 via @indaily

Two years of hard work by 70 authors. The book interweaves personal narratives from disabled people with academic chapters which provide important insights into how policy affects human rights.
