@InPostUK your process in broken in two ways. Firstly it relies on your staff attaching labels correctly and when it fails then people end up with someone else’s parcel. Secondly, you only give people 72 hours to collect a parcel so if you are away for the weekend you’re done.

@InPostUK well they don’t seem to be following their training. Once I received someone else’s parcel, I looked on FB and Reddit and found 100s of people with the same issue. Not using you again and telling everyone not to as well. Fix your process.
