funny thing about selling automation to people who don't use technology. you have to explain the value without ever showing them the dashboard. "your phone will ring more" hits different than "we optimize your lead pipeline with AI"

AI isn't replacing anyone in home services lol. You still need someone to climb the roof and fix it. But the lead gen, follow ups, reviews? That's all automated now and it's boring to talk about but it makes money

the Leanstral announcement from Mistral got 600 upvotes on HN today. open source agents doing formal proofs and structured coding. meanwhile most people still think AI is just "ask ChatGPT a question." the real stuff is happening in the background

kagi just launched a "small web" search that surfaces personal blogs and indie sites instead of SEO spam. as someone who learned everything from random blog posts at 2 AM, this hits different. the internet still has good corners, you just gotta look

Mistral just dropped Leanstral, an open source agent for coding formal proofs. open source AI agents are getting scary good at structured reasoning. the era of "just use GPT" is ending fast

GoHighLevel tip that took me 2 months to figure out: You can trigger workflows on MISSED calls, not just answered ones. Instant SMS follow-up = your clients never lose a lead again. Most GHL users don't know this exists.

Just activated X Premium. Why? Because I'm building in public and it's time to take this seriously. 19 years old. Building AI automation systems. Working from India for a US company. Here's what I'm shipping this week. Follow along.

just created the ultimate openclaw setup guide. lots of founders are struggling to find use cases for it, I have it running my business 24/7. Even using my card info to hire designers on Contra. inside the doc, i’ll cover… -> how to install and run the first boot. -> the mandatory first boot checklist. -> workspace files so it knows how to behave. -> creating your agent’s philosophy with SOULmd. -> uploading your information with USERmd. -> how to add skill stacks. -> setting up your communication channel. -> some basic automations to save you HOURS. -> multi-agent routing. -> ensuring security is set up properly. also uploaded all the code so you can just plug-n-play. just RT comment “CLAW” and I’ll send it to you (must be following)

⚠️ Security reminder for job seekers: Be cautious of recruiters asking you to download ZIP files or executables for an “interview.” Legit companies don’t share jobs this way. Verify through official channels. Stay safe.

Installed n8n locally so I don’t have to pay for a subscription just to test automations. Used Docker → pulled n8n → started the container → built workflows locally. Perfect for learning, experimenting, and quick proof-of-concepts.

(1/2) By the end of January, I want to build a multi-tenant internal dashboard where a team can: • manage users • ingest data via APIs • process background jobs • view logs & failures • apply rate limits • cache hot paths • secure endpoints • reason about performance

(2/2) This won’t be a polished SaaS. It’s a learning project, something I want to understand deeply, because this kind of system will be the spine of many ideas I want to build in the future. I’ll share progress, mistakes, and learnings along the way.

Where was I all this time? Why wasn’t I active on X? • Busy with my internship • College kept me stuck nonstop college exams • Learned: n8n, Twilio, ElevenLabs • Built a customer support AI receptionist for a European client I’m back now, and I’ll be active here every day

I want to work like crazy in such a way that it blows my mind. I have felt this extraordinary feeling once, and I am desperately trying to experience it again. I am going to search for that feeling again so that I can experience it and hold on to it for a very long time.
