DEVELOPING: Three people killed, and seven others injured last night, after a suspected drunk driver plowed his vehicle into a park on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, pinning some of the victims, according to police.

A male suspect, described as Hispanic, approximately 5’ 5” with curly hair, in his 20s, and last seen wearing red sneakers and carrying a green backpack, committed an act of rape against one 13-year-old victims in the vicinity of Colden St & Kalmia Ave. This abhorrent individual forcibly removed the victims' cellphones before fleeing the scene. As a father myself, I can only empathize with the unimaginable pain and suffering this family is enduring. It is paramount that we as a community / city come together to seek justice and ensure the safety of our loved ones. Please help us in bringing this MONSTER to justice.
