We just tagged psr/http-factory 1.1.0, which contains a small correction to the PSR-17 interface.
This change just makes the argument types explicitly nullable, to avoid any deprecation with PHP 8.4!

We just got the first tag for a PER!
PER Coding Style 1.0.0 is the same as PSR-12, but it will now evolve much faster, to keep up with all the new fantastic features that we're getting from the #PHP language.

If you don't know what a PER is, it's similar to a PSR but it's not set in stone, it's meant to evolve rapidly over time, so the coding style is the perfect example where a PER is the best way to go.
