日本初のLaravel公式カンファレンス @LaravelLiveJP 無事に開催できました！ 参加してくださった皆さん、スピーカーの皆さん、スポンサーの皆さん、ボランティアスタッフ、Laravelチーム、関わってくださった皆さんには感謝しかありません。ありがとうございました！ カンファレンス運営に一ミリも関わったことがない自分がいきなり国際カンファレンスを主催するという暴挙に出たのですが、どんなイベントにしたいかというビジョンは最初からクリアでした。 日本のPHPコミュニティとグローバルなLaravelコミュニティを繋ぎ、日本のエンジニアと海外のエンジニアが普通にコミュニケーションする世界をつくりたい。シングルトラックでMCが場を盛り上げ、全員で同じ体験を共有したい。参加した人がワクワクし、モチベーションが上がるようなイベントがしたい。それだけは最初からクリアでした。 実際に開催してみて、世界のLaraconで繋がった海外のエンジニア仲間と日本のエンジニア仲間たちが話しているのを見て、正にこの光景が見たかったんだと思いました。 カンファレンス運営未経験だったので、会場選びからスピーカー・スポンサー募集、広報活動、国内と海外の対応など、全てが手探りでかなり苦労しましたが、自分が思い描いていたイベントになったと思います。 こちらの経験不足のため至らない点も多々あったかと思いますが、もしまた開催することがあれば、今回の経験を活かしてより良いイベントにしたいと思います。 詳しくは、記憶が鮮明なうちに振り返りブログでも書こうと思います。 あらためて、参加者の皆さん、関わってくださった全ての方々、ありがとうございました！ #LaravelLiveJP #inspired

.@LaravelLiveJP was such a good conference and overall an amazing experience I will carry with me forever ❤️ To be honest, making the trip made me a little nervous for the very first time in a long while. Not knowing the language, or if cultural differences would make it hard to connect with others. But over the course of the last couple of days, I had so many wonderful conversations with people from the Japanese community! If we could not understand each other, we would communicate with our phones as translators. Thank you so much for organizing such an incredible event @avosalmon and @offskip_dave (as well as everyone else who has been involved). You make the Laravel world feel more connected and I am very thankful for this!
