Look, I am sure Evol makes wonderful products, and it's cute that it spells love backward, but did you guys stop to think that your name sounds incredibly close to "Evil"?
Seems like it was either a marketing oversight, or a tongue in cheek way of "saying it without saying it."

dunno what has possessed me, but I decided to tackle the enormous chore of re-structuring my room. got the closet relatively sorted, got clothes sorted and moved, and am taking a break while contemplating what to do with the rest.
Baby steps are still steps.

a fun trick for making screens with a 3D printer:
Set top and bottom layer thickness to 0, set infill to 20%, and use 2-5 walls. In this case, I am using honeycomb pattern, because I like the hexagons.

One of my favorite pictures of my rooster, Bon-Bon. He's now quite grown, but I remember him as a chick fondly.
Poor lil guy was all tired out after running all over the keyboard, so I gave him a pillow and let him enjoy the warmth of the laptop.

enough is enough, I swapped to new filament from a new supplier, and have modified the project to enable friendlier printing. Seems to be working fine now, but we'll see.

well, that didnt work. Woke up to another failure, requiring a disassembly of the extruder.
However,
I simply refuse to give up. This project WILL get printed, and the opinions of the machine are not a factor in my determination.
Keep it up, I'll replace the whole friggin head.

It has taken about 14 attempts to get this far. Some projects just dont want to be printed, even when you make sure it is actually printable.
It appears to finally be printing properly, so I am going to sleep now. should be done once I wake up. We'll see.

this is one of my few days off. I get 2.5 more days off, then back to being me for the remainder of the year.
I take no vacations. I can't, because I cannot rely on anyone to do the tasks that need done. So, even on my 3.5 days a year off, I still have shit to do.
