Thanks for sharing this @tomgoom , as you highlighted, there is more to tendon health than just load, but load is v important, and just to follow up on your post, this is why every patient I see with a tendon disorder/pain, I complete this #SCREENDEM and dont forget the ABCs etc
Tendon health is influenced by multiple factors beyond load and muscle function. Have I forgotten anything? 🤔

Today it has been reported that during our first round of action in England mortality rate was 11.1% above the 5 year average. What they haven’t reported was that in Wales, where no strike action took place, mortality rate was 14% above the 5 year average. 1/3
