I like that now Elon passes as the communist
Elon just created 4,400 millionaires in a single day. 400 of them are now worth over $100 million. These aren't VCs. They're SpaceX employees, and the list includes welders, technicians, and cafeteria staff, because for two decades the company paid every level of the workforce in stock instead of higher salaries. Juan Hernandez immigrated from Mexico and took a $28 an hour contractor welding job in 2015. He says he didn't even know what SpaceX was. The company gave him a $10,000 equity grant and let him buy more shares through payroll deductions. That stake is now worth $880,000. Trevor Hise's parents wanted him to take a stable job at General Electric. He picked SpaceX instead, stayed 12 years, and accumulated over 100,000 shares. At the $135 listing price that's $13.5 million. He's 37 and semiretired. His words: "The magnitude of this has been ridiculous." The most telling detail came before the listing. Over 100 employees quietly banded together and negotiated a group wealth management deal covering up to $5 billion, because none of them had ever needed a wealth manager before. Software IPOs have minted millionaires for 30 years. This is the first one where the money went to the factory floor.

Isn't it strange US-Iran war was halted just before SpaceX IPO?

People talking about the pope and his visit to the Canary Islands Complaining about his pro immigration positions meanwhile the primary Vatican biz is real estate Conflict of interests?

As with fat tails Llms are frequency machines that fail to extrapolate outside the sample set. What they know is the VISIBLE. Almost as bad as economists, almost worse than psychologists.
Most experiments fail, and negative results rarely get published. This means LLMs are unaware of the outcomes of most experiments.

How many parallel open Claude Code terminals can you have?

What I'm worst at: managing people. I disagree with the model. Don't instruct — pick by initiative. Turns out that's also the difference between scripted LinkedIn bots and OpenOutreach.

I use OpenOutreach on myself. Every day. If it breaks for you, it already broke for me. Most LinkedIn-tool founders have never actually run outbound on themselves. Ask them.

Every LinkedIn tool pitches on message one. That's why their reply rates die. OpenOutreach does it backwards: 1. Conversation. Qualify the lead. 2. Only then, pitch — and only if they fit. Slower. Actual replies.

The $200 invoice that started OpenOutreach. Lemlist worked. Two B2B clients at €2k/month each. Then I noticed I was paying $200/mo to send automated messages, with AI in my pocket. Didn't renew.

LinkedIn isn't a job board anymore. Microsoft owns it. Microsoft also sells the LLMs, the cloud, the agents reading it. Organic reach is the freemium version of Ads. The algorithm optimizes for policy, not engagement. Dead Internet Theory reads like a roadmap now.

My girlfriend isn't a developer. She had an offer but no ICP. I described what she could do, pointed OpenOutreach at it. It came back with nutritionists and sport health professionals. Real conversations. None of which she'd have thought to start.

I didn't quit. I burned out. 18 months as the product at someone else's startup. Hands hurt. Couldn't focus. Left. Read books. Walked the Camino. Came back, opened an old repo, built OpenOutreach for pleasure. Pauses aren't endings.

Building a StoryBrand in one line: your customer is the hero. You're the guide. Yoda. Mr. Miyagi. Haymitch. Never on the quest — always handing the hero the map. Most "We are the leading…" copy gets it backwards.

Wrote a LinkedIn scraper at 25 to learn Python. Forgot about it. Ten years later it had 800 stars on GitHub and was half-broken. Rebuilt it from scratch in November. Same repo, agentic layer on top. Turns out the tool I needed had been sitting in my own /repos.

The Mom Test in one rule: don't ask about the future, ask about the past. "Would you use this?" → compliments. "Walk me through the last time you tried to solve this." → data. Best two evenings I've spent on a founder book.

Lessons learned from reading the biography of Elon Musk: Just focus on the product, Marketing will come as a consequence. Here's a viral Instagram Video showcasing OpenOutreach, my open-source LinkedIn agentic automation tool.
