Yr 8 students are on their PGL trip! The coach ride was buzzing as our enthusiastic students set off on their very first year group residential adventure. On arrival they wasted no time unpacking before jumping into their first activity. Students are feeling happy and relaxed!

A great Year 8 STEM trip to Brunel University! 45 talented students built bridges out of chocolate (supporting an impressive 2.1kg and tying first place!), immersed themselves in a captivating space dome and made and tested a model car that travelled a whopping 7.5m!

Congratulations Year 10 DoE students for completing their Silver qualifier in the Lake District. Despite the heavy rain, all students completed the 52km journey with enthusiasm and positivity. We are so proud of their resilience and determination, exemplifying the PHS spirit!

We celebrated Pass Off Parade at John Lyon on Friday. It is a culmination of four terms of hard work in reaching the standard that the Cadet Force sets as being ready to complete basic training in Drill, Navigation, Expedition Training, Fieldcraft, First Aid and Rifle Training.

Congratulations to our Sixth Form students for completing their Gold level Duke of Edinburgh Award Practice Expedition in Brecon Beacons! They hiked, camped and showed teamwork, resilience & positivity throughout the 4 days. We are very proud of them!
