Is anyone at @CapitalOne paying attention? My account have been locked down and "escalation" efforts have a stated response time if 1-10 business days. I'm guessing that @AmericanExpress would give me a better response for over $1MM in legitimate business expenses.

A newspaper making a decision not to endorse a presidential candidate at the start of a cycle might be reasonable. Doing so 10 days before an election is cowardly. Ann Telnaes of the @washingtonpost says it best.
