You see @jeremycockrill ?? It can be done. And in contract too! Nova Scotia teachers have class sizes that don't exceed 30 students in elementary and 32 in high school and they respected them enough to give them 11% over 3 yrs. Be like Nova Scotia! cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scot…

10 yrs of funding increases below the rate of inflation and enrolment growth results in cuts to supports.
Kids today aren’t getting the quality of education that their parents had when they were in school. An entire generation of kids have been impacted. Our kids deserve better.

Our teachers are exhausted. They continue to show up for our children no matter how many obstacles are thrown their way – uncertainty, high risk environments, emotionally dysregulated kids and parents. It’s a burnout like I’ve never seen in all my days.
