We are pleased to announce a significant update regarding our game development project. After careful consideration, we have decided to rebrand our game, previously known as EgoVersus: The First Strike, to End Game. This strategic decision is driven by the belief that the new name enhances marketability, is more accessible in pronunciation, and aligns closely with the direction we are pursuing for the project. In line with this rebranding, we have undertaken a necessary restructuring of our development team. This process involved parting ways with certain developers whose contributions did not meet the project’s pace or financial expectations. We have since onboarded a new, highly capable team to drive efficient progress. Additionally, we have chosen to discontinue further development of the campaign and player-versus-player (PvP) modes. Moving forward, our exclusive focus will be on the battle royale mode. We are delighted to report that a fully developed battle royale map is already in place, complete with all core mechanics required for the mode. Our team is currently engaged in integrating characters and conducting rigorous testing to identify and address any issues. To support this phase, we extend an invitation to all interested parties to participate in testing and provide valuable feedback as we refine End Game. These strategic initiatives—streamlining our focus, rebranding, and optimizing our team structure—position us strongly for future success. As the first battle royale game on the @alephium network, we are confident in the potential of End Game. We look forward to sharing further updates and encourage you to stay informed about upcoming developments.
