There’s a popular belief in #banking that “the customer experience is king.” But challenger banks are winning millions of new customers with product features, not a better "experience." New #Fintech Snark Tank on @Forbes bit.ly/3we3qFQ #finserv #digitalbanks

As a buzzword and management fad, #DigitalTransformation has another 12 to 18 months before some new fad begins to take hold. Banks, on the other hand, have a long way to go to achieve their digital transformation. bit.ly/39J5Mk6

I used to laugh off the fact that I was a PM who hates writing. "Maybe it's my superpower," I'd say. But I saw this quote recently: "Clear writers = clear thinkers". & it hit me that I'll be a mediocre leader until I learn to communicate in a way that punches people in the gut

Ok it’s common to write a press release to force yourself to set product positioning/mkting, but have you ever tried to write a sales pitch & an outline of how to actually set up your product for sales to use on 📞?! Bet there’s a SHOCKING amt of complexity unseen by prod team

5 years ago I cut my CEO pay from $1.1M to $70k so I could pay all my employees at least $70k. That's not good enough anymore. Today I cut my pay to $0. I'm committed to laying off 0 of our employees. It's not much but it's what I can do. We'll get through this together.

Question to the Twitterverse. What is different about #covid compared to #cancer & #heartdisease ? As the latter two will take more of our loved ones than covid ever could however we collectively shrug it off.

No backlogs/no roadmaps keeps coming up. It works if you are extremely accountable to a customer result & a date. No plan, no accountability to customer results, no dates, but a nice detailed backlog & roadmap? Maybe a cool Gantt chart?? Productivity theater.
