Ok it’s common to write a press release to force yourself to set product positioning/mkting, but have you ever tried to write a sales pitch & an outline of how to actually set up your product for sales to use on 📞?!

5 years ago I cut my CEO pay from $1.1M to $70k so I could pay all my employees at least $70k.
That's not good enough anymore.
Today I cut my pay to $0. I'm committed to laying off 0 of our employees.
It's not much but it's what I can do. We'll get through this together.
Question to the Twitterverse. What is different about #covid compared to #cancer & #heartdisease ? As the latter two will take more of our loved ones than covid ever could however we collectively shrug it off.

No backlogs/no roadmaps keeps coming up. It works if you are extremely accountable to a customer result & a date.
No plan, no accountability to customer results, no dates, but a nice detailed backlog & roadmap? Maybe a cool Gantt chart?? Productivity theater.
