OTTOPATHU TAKES CONTROL OF ENGEN
A consortium led by businessman Ramachandran Ottapathu has agreed to acquire a 70% controlling stake in Engen Botswana.
The transaction is being executed through Fusion Spark Proprietary Limited, which is wholly owned by Ottapathu, alongside participation from the Mount Meru Group.
The deal follows Vivo Energyโs decision to divest its shareholding, opening the door for increased local and regional ownership.
