ALT Director General Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Dr. Muhammad Afzaal, visited Sialkot International Airport today.** Upon his arrival, the Director General was warmly received by Vice Chairman SIAL, Mr. Waqas Afzal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) SIAL, Air Vice Marshal Tanweer Ashraf Bhatti (Retd.) and Airport Manager Sialkot International Airport, Mr. Nisar Ahmad. During the visit, matters of mutual interest pertaining to meteorological services, aviation weather support, and operational coordination were discussed. Chief Meteorologist, Flood Forecasting Division (FFD) Lahore, Dr. Zaheer Ahmad Babar, also accompanied the Director General PMD on this occasion.
