On this day 9 years ago my lovely Clare came into our lives.
Originally a ‘ cast off’ from a family who were moving and didn’t want to take’ all their cats 😿she was going to my eldest, but didn’t settle with his cat, so came over to me.

Fat King Carlos, but despite his chill factor Clare basically disappeared under the dining room table and most of her hair fell out over the next few weeks.
She became - inevitably - @clarebalding but came through the trauma and since then has been quite the most wonderful
