@policybazaar My Delivery order against my policy 211200/31/2027/PRTL/21247617 is pending despite multiple follow-ups. On 27th workshop sent email with all the documents required yet till now its pending. I am facing a lot of issues Can you look into this & get my D.O released.

@policybazaar after-sales service very poor,I am facing issues with cashless claim. You only called when the process was completed, but during the actual time of need, there was no support or follow-up from your side It feels like the focus is only on selling the insurance policy
