It's been 365 days since I went all in on my business, and I've gained new friends on X... So I think it's time for a re-introduction. Fresh out of of college, I was working on big-budget productions in LA. Over the next few years, I tried everything: · Co-founder of a matcha company · Worked 2 jobs in education · Wrote 350 articles online · Freelance photography Then in 2021, I landed at an 8-figure startup and became a marketing manager. That's where everything clicked. I learned the ins and outs of ads, sales funnels, and YouTube videos that actually sell info products. Not just "content." Videos that convert viewers into customers. Then, in August 2024: → I left to be a "glorified freelancer" with 2 contracts → Took as many sales calls as I could → Landed 4 video coaching clients But there was one glaring problem... None of my coaching clients were recurring. If I wanted to make good, consistent money, I needed to change my approach: → So I pivoted to the recurring agency model → Built systems for client acquisition → Delegated editing & design Now, Videos To Leads is the white-glove solution for coaches and agencies using YouTube to book sales calls... And they just film for 2 hours per month. Fast forward to today... I've learned more about marketing, sales, fulfillment, and myself (if I'm being honest) than I have the last 5 years. It's thanks to taking a leap of faith and creating opportunity for myself day in and day out. The lesson? Your "random" background isn't holding you back. It's your competitive advantage. And if you've followed in the last year, introduce yourself below so we can connect for real. Thanks for following the journey.

There are infinite creators. Choose the 10-12 who give you the most value and ignore the rest.

Your prospects like being pushed toward what they want as much as they like being pulled away from what they don't want.

You start a YouTube channel. Post some videos. Then quit. I see this all the time. It's not because you hate filming. Your entire YouTube system is broken. Here's how to fix it: youtu.be/KWFjZ-Fhzsg

The highest performers I know think in terms of months and years. Not days or weeks.

Information is free. Trust is valuable.

I have this video that has 3,300 views after 5 months. It was at 1,000 last month. YouTube is slept on.

Imagine getting on a sales call and the prospect already knows your process, trusts your expertise, and just wants to know next steps. If you're not on YouTube in 2026, you're asleep.

The highest ROI move for most service businesses right now isn't better ads. It's a second lead source that compounds.
27
Turn on a second lead switch. X isn't enough anymore. LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, ads won't cut it alone. You want one place people can search you up, and one where they find you on the scroll.

My daily goal: go to bed tired. If I'm tired, then I know I made the most of my day.

Referrals are the best lead source until they're not. It's a problem for more businesses than you think.

The goal is to hijack your ICP's feed. So no matter what app they open, you're there spitting free game at them. You want to be as top-of-mind as possible.

Your first 3 hours defines your day. I literally block my apps, walk the dog, make my coffee and rip the highest priorities. Everything else is easy after that.

YouTube isn't a content platform. It's a trust machine that runs while you sleep.

And we’re back. Had to life-max for a bit.

A YouTube video that gets 200 views from the right 200 people will outsell a viral post every time.

Most people need to be hand-held. Even serious leads.
Every new LinkedIn follower is a lead you're ignoring. Here's the 30-second DM that changes that: Most people get a new follower and do nothing. That's insane for a few reasons: 1. People forget about you within 24 hours of hitting follow. 2. When you DM someone, your content starts showing up in their feed more often. 3. That follower could be a buyer sitting right there waiting for a reason to talk to you. So every time someone follows me that looks semi qualified or qualified, I send this: "Hey [name]” “Appreciate the follow.” “Are you looking for help scaling [company] [with service mech] or just getting into [industry] and getting some tips from my posts haha?” It takes 30 seconds and creates crazy amounts of opportunities (if you have a solid follower flow).
